Extended Sudoku rules apply, place the digits 0-9 in each row, column, and box, however there will be one digit in each that does not fit. This digit can vary between rows, columns, and boxes and needs to be determined by the solver.
Non-Consecutive: Digits in orthogonally adjacent cells may not be consecutive, except when forced by other constraints.
XV: Digits separated by an X sum to 10, those separated by a V sum to 5. All Xs and Vs have been given.

This puzzle felt really good to solve, though at some point I'll need to actually make a pallet that works for XV puzzles instead of jumping between pallets on the color tab

I solved the puzzle but the “except when forced by other constraints” phrasing damn near gave me an existential crisis.
