Rules
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Shade some cells such that all shaded cells are orthogonally connected, all unshaded cells are orthogonally connected and no 2x2 area is entirely shaded or unshaded.
- Pairs of orthogonally neighbouring digits within the shaded cells sum to a triangular number (0,1,3,6,10,15,21,...).
- Cells in a cage are either all shaded or all unshaded and their digits sum to the value in the upper left corner of the cage, where X and Y have to be determined.
