Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Every cell in this sudoku is at least one of the following:
-Foury: In the central cage
-Fourier: Neighboring a 4 (including diagonally)
-Fouriest: A factor or multiple of 4
Digits along an arrow sum to the number (or 2-digit number) in the corresponding oval.

Wow what a great puzzle! It was so challenging yet so smooth throughout. The rules and clues worked so well together. I also appreciate the pun, the title got my click and I’m glad it did! Personally this felt like 4* difficulty. Thank you to SennyK for the sudokupad version. I only play on my phone and sudokupad is the most usable mobile interface.
