Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
German Whispers: On a green line, adjacent digits must differ by at least 5.
Modular Cages: The digits inside each dashed line cage must sum to a multiple of the small clue at the top left corner of the cage. Digits may repeat within a modular cage if allowed by other rules.

Brilliant and remarkable puzzle! With an intrinsically quite weak constraint this puzzle is set to perfection leading to a very enjoyable and interesting solve with some really nice deductions along the way. Well done, thank you
