Standard 9x9 sudoku rules apply.
German whisper lines (green): neighbouring digits along such a line must differ by at least 5. Also, there may be no repeat digits along individual whisper lines.
Equal sum lines (blue): Box borders divide an equal sum line into segments with equal value. Additionally, each segment must have a unique composition (digits may repeat along a line, but must each time be paired with a different digit/s).
Quadruples: numbers in circles must appear in one of the surrounding four cells.
Kings move constraint: any two cells that are a kings move away from each other cannot contain the same digit.

Such a treat, beautiful interactions! Fairly approachable as well (after I read the rules again carefully). This definetely deserves a higher rating.
