Peas Offering

(Published on 6. November 2025, 17:27 by Andrewsarchus)

Rules:
  • Normal Sudoku rules apply.

  • Split Pea Lines:
Digits on a split pea line between two circled cells, excluding the circles themselves, must sum to a two-digit number formed by the digits in the circles, in either order.
If a line begins and ends at the same circle, the sum is the two digit number formed by repeating the digit in the circle.

  • White Dots separate cells with consecutive digits.
Not all possible dots are necessarily given.

Couldn't help and used the trick at the very end even though it probably wasn't even necessary :D Beautiful puzzle, very clever, chapeau bas!

Creative math to get started but after the initial digits it bounces around nicely from one section to the next. Great puzzle!

Beautifully constructed puzzle! A few math tricks make it easier to break in, but very enjoyable throughout.

Very clever break-in. Fun puzzle. Thanks, @ Andrewsarchus :).

thought I cleverly picked up the break in and then when the math didn't work I realized what you'd done. bravo

Why is my red herring green?!

on 6. November 2025, 18:27 by Snookerfan
Very nice! A red herring almost put me on the wrong track, but then I found an easier and very beautiful way into the puzzle. I expected lots of math, but most of the puzzle was done by elegant logic. Thank you

Turned the stone and looked beneath it "Peas on earth" was all it said.
