Fog of war sudoku #5. Mixed Rules. Fairly easy puzzle.

There is a video solution on youtube channel "sudoku spot" if you get stuck.
Normal sudoku rules apply. Cells separated by a V sum to 5. Cells separated by an X sum to 10. Cages add to the number in the top corner, numbers cannot repeat in a cage. Black dots are ratio 1:2. White dots are consecutive numbers. Arrows sum to circles. Lines between circles add to the sum of the two circles sum. 4 numbers in a circle must be in the 4 surrounding cells. Numbers outside the grid with arrows indicate the sum of that diagonal. Other numbers outside the grid are numbered rooms....the first number inside the grid tells how far along the outside number is in that row/column.
