Normal sudoku rules apply.
Cages: Digits within a cage do not repeat and must sum to the total provided in the top-left corner of the cage.
Kropki: Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits. Cells separated by a black dot contain digits where one is double the other. Not all dots are given.
Mad Fold-in: The dashed red lines can be folded onto each other such that columns 1, 2, 8 and 9 form a 4x9 grid. Similarly, the dashed blue lines can be folded onto each other such that rows 1, 2, 8 and 9 form a 9x4 grid. The blue and red lines can also be simultaneously folded onto their respective partner lines to form a 4x4 grid. In each of these instances, all clues within the grid must still be valid.

Very cool, I really like this fortune teller concept! This solved pretty smoothly, though there was one step I found especially challenging
