Fog of War sudoku #3. Region Sums. A bit harder than the last one but still reasonably easy I think. Hope you enjoy it. Link to puzzle

Normal sudoku rules apply Black dots separate cells with a ratio of 1:2 White dots separate consecutive numbers Not all black and white dots are shown. Lines sum to the same amount on either side of the 3x3 box region they pass into. Numbers on diagonals sum to the numbers shown outside the grid. Numbers in cages sum to the number in the top corner of the cage.
