Rules: Normal Sudoku rules apply. Put the digits 1 to 9 once each into every row, column and box.
Modifiers: One cell in each row, column and box is a doubler cell. Doubler cells have a value equal to twice their digit. Each digit from 1 to 9 appears once in the set of doubler cells. One cell in each row, column and box is a tripler cell. Tripler cells have a value equal to three times their digit. Each digit from 1 to 9 appears once in the set of tripler cells. No cell is both a doubler and a tripler.
Black Dots: Where two cells are separated by a black dot, one of them has a value that is double the value of the other.
10X Lines: Separate each line into one or more continuous, non-overlapping segments such that no segment contains more than one modifier cell. If a segment contains no modifier cells then the digits on that segment sum to 10. If a segment contains a doubler cell then the values on that segment sum to 20. If a segment contains a tripler cell then the values on that segment sum to 30. Digits may repeat on lines or segments if allowed by the other rules.

Lovely puzzle, I really liked the ruleset! Very nicely set, the solve path felt really natural.
