Normal sudoku rules apply.
The red lines are Complementary Region Sum Lines where each line adds up to one of two sums within each box it passes through. These two sums are complements of ten and alternate every time the line enters or re-enters a new box (eg. /34/12/7/3/16/ etc). Different red lines may have different pairs of sums.
The white dot indicates consecutive digits.
