Cells that are the same color have the same digit on them
The digits on the colors increase in a specific order: Red is less than orange, orange is less than yellow, yellow is less than blue, blue is less than black.
[red<orange<yellow<blue<black]
When added up, all of the digits on a black line must be cleanly divisible by 3 (no remainders)
Blue lines contain a digit and it's "reflection." Two reflections are paired based on what their difference from 5 is
(e.g. 1 and 9 are paired since they both have a difference of 4 from 5)

Solution code: Enter in the placement of every "9" in the puzzle with r#c# (row and column) coordinates going from r1 to r9. No Spaces.
