Distinct Neighbourhoods
(Published yesterday, 01:42 by Moonsinh)
Normal Sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1-9 once each into each row, column and 3x3 box.
Normal Partial Kropki rules apply: two cells connected by a white dot contain consecutive digits. adjacent to a black dot, one digit is double the other.
Zoning Districts: Each island outlined by a dashed line (cage) shows the lowest digit it contains in its upper left corner.
No Repeats: Whenever two islands are connected by a yellow road bridge, all cells on both islands taken together contain no repeated digits.
(other than that, the yellow line is cosmetic, as are the small grey lines).

very nice - it is hard to believe that you can fill the grid with such 'simple' rules :) Thanks for sharing
btw, the black kropki rule is missing from Sudokupad
