Don't Tell the Trees

(Published on 28. October 2025, 22:40 by billybeth)

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Consecutive digits on a green line have a difference of five or more.

Black dots connect digits that are in the ratio (integers from 2 to 9 inclusive) shown in the centre of the dot - if no ratio shown solver must deduce this. All dots in row nine are given.

I found this a very straightforward puzzle. I think the ratio rule could be better phrased as "Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:n ratio, where n is an integer to be deduced by the solver for each dot." I also don't think the negative constraint is necessary.

I had to assume that all the ratios are integers.
