Important Hour on the Clock

I hope you will enjoy my sixth puzzle!
I would be really grateful for all the comments and ratings.

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Slow thermometer: In the yellow highlighted cells around the clock there is a slow thermometer going clockwise. Digits along a slow thermometer either increase or stay the same "from bulb to tip". It is up to solver to determine which cell is the "bulb" and which cell is the "tip".

Arrow: Digits along an arrow sum to the number in the attached circle.

Parity: Neighbouring/adjacent digits along a red line alternate between odd and even.

German whisper: Neighbouring/adjacent digits along a green line have a difference of at least 5.

Renban: Digits along a purple line form a set of consecutive digits in any order.

Palindrome: Digits along a gray line read the same in both directions.

Kropki dots: Digits in cells joined by a white dot with number 2 have a difference of 2. Not all such dots are necessarily given. Digits in cells joined by a white dot with number 7 have a difference of 7. All such dots are given.

---------------------------Sudoku's Background--------------------------

A certain day and hour (among many others) will forever remain engraved in the memory of Poles. To find out when and why, solve this sudoku and read the completion message.

Lines German whisper, palindrome and renban represent hours, minutes and seconds on the clock.
Ends of parity line marked with cages represent day and month.
The sum of the left year cage represents the thousands and hundreds of the year, and the sum of the right year cage represents the tens and ones of the year.
The number cage represent meaningful number connected to this topic.
