Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1–9 once in every row, column, and 3×3 box.
Knights: Cells separated by a knight's move (in chess) cannot contain the same digit.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in its circle. Digits may repeat along an arrow if allowed by other rules.
Circles: For a given digit X in a circle, the 4 neighboring orthogonal cells must differ by at least 4 from X and are smaller than X.

Lovely puzzle, 2 stars I think. I liked that some disambiguations were done late in the puzzle, that is always a sign of a good puzzle in my opinion. Thank you!
