Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Draw a one-cell-wide loop of orthogonally connected cells. The loop may not touch itself, not even diagonally.
The loop acts as an entropic line. Each set of three adjacent digits along the loop must be one low [123], one medium [456], and one high digit [789].
The loop must enter every cell of every cage.
Digits may not repeat in cages. The sum of all digits in any given cage is the same for every cage (that sum must be determined by the solver).
Solution code: Digits on the loop in row 4 (left to right) followed by digits on the loop in column 4 (top to bottom)

Great fun. Took me a little while, but that's because I failed to formulate the correct question for maybe 30 minutes. Once I asked it, everything feel into place and it was incredibly smooth (and surprisingly easy, considering the author).
Thanks for setting!

Brilliant as usual, and supersmooth! (To my surprise I could give only 2*.) Thank you so much for creating and sharing another one of your beautiful loop puzzles.

Very nice! Great treat as are all of your loop puzzles. I had trouble with one step, but that is probably me missing something easy. Thank you
