Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply, and all clues are standard.
Region Sum Lines: Blue (hollow) lines are separated into segments by box borders. The sum of digits on each segment of a line are equal. Different lines may have different sums.
German Whisper Lines: Adjacent digits along a green line must differ by at least 5.
Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.

I think I accidentally guessed a key element of the solve path while checking cases early on, which may have made it a bit easier than intended, but still a lovely solve!
