Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the circle from which the arrow originates. Digits in a cage do not repeat and sum to the number in its corner. Digits separated by an white dot are consecutive.

Beautiful puzzle! Knowing the appropriate theorem made it a 2 star smooth solve. Without that knowledge it is probably quite hard. Thank you
