(Published yesterday, 05:14 by JohnGisMe)

The Chernobyl disaster was a terrible event that claimed the lives of over 30 people within a few months, and is expected to cause over 4,000 deaths from long term effects of the radiation.

It became the first nuclear event labeled a INES7, so there is a black cage that includes digits adding up to 7.

It caused high temperatures represented by the thermo who's digits increase from the bulb end.

There was lots of radioactive debris from the explosion represented by black dots between every pair of orthogonally adjacent digits in a 1:2 ratio. (All possible black dots are given.)

Exactly one of the green cages has the digit(s) of the month it happened. (1 for January, 2 for February ... 9 for September, 1

Exactly one of the blue cages has the digit(s) of the day of the month it happened with digits in any order.

Exactly one of the red cages has the year in which it happened with digits in any order.

Extremely easy 1* puzzle. But yeah, solution code broken. It's not row 8, not col 8, not box 8.

Agree with SennyK, 1* not a working solution code

Hey, I have solved your puzzel, however solution code doesn't work. Also, I disagree with difficulty, it should be 1, it was very easy. I like the idea though with reference to history :)

-----Publisher's Note-----
I accidentally swapped the 1 and the 2 in the solution code, but it is fixed now. I also have several other old puzzles like this waiting to be published. They might be coming soon.
