My first puzzle uploaded here. Hope you like it!
Rules:
Fill the grid with digits 1-5. All digits have to appear at least once in every row, column and 3x3 box, but they cannot appear more than twice.
Yin-yang: Shade some cells in the grid. All of the shaded cells have to form an orthogonally connected area. Same for the unshaded cells. No 2x2 region can be fully shaded or fully unshaded. A value of a shaded cell is double its digit. A value of an unshaded cell is its digit.
Skyscrapers: A clue outside of the grid signifies how many values(!) from the direction of the clue are visible in its row or column. Values obstruct visibility of lower or same values.
Killer cage(ish): Values in a cage sum to the number in the top left corner of that cage. A single digit cannot occur more than twice in a cage (values can if allowed by other rules).
Here you can solve the puzzle online:
Solution code: The 3rd column top to bottom (9 digits in total)

Wow, this was an adventure. It seems every time I read through the ruleset when I get stuck I find a new "wait how did I miss that". The max of 2 digits in a killer cage may been clarified mid-solve for me, but when I discovered that wisdom, the part I was super stuck on became workable. Great puzzle.

That was brutal! Felt like I was bumbling around in the dark most of the time. Took me way longer than it should've because i was missing something obvious. Neat ruleset, and one that was very tricky to wrap my head around even until the very end.
Creator note: Thanks for the feedback! The ruleset is actually deliberately weird for people who are used to normal sudoku rules. I was often suprised by it while creating the puzzle as well.

Rules on the Sudokupad link now reflect the clarity changes previously made here.

At a complete loss where to even start with this one! Would love to see CtC feature it!

The ruleset was not clear. Changed:
a) scyscrapers obstruct lower AND SAME values.
b) Killer cages: used the word occur instead of repeat for clarity.

Creator note: Thanks for your comment. You are absolutely right, the rules were not clear enough. I changed them to describe the puzzle better.
