Rules:
1) Normal sudoku rules apply, place the digits 1-9 so that they do not repeat in any row, column, or 3x3 box.
2) Dutch Flats: Every 5 in the grid must have a '1' directly above it or a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
3) Equal Split Lines: Dots split blue lines into segments with equal sums. Digits may not repeat inside a segment. Different lines may have different sums.

Fun puzzle overall, but I missed something during the break in which made things very convoluted. I was able to figure out what I missed by trying the break in again after finishing, which made it a lot more elegant so thats on me.
