I found this quite hard, I thought I worked out how the cages and arrows were interacting but I think I missed something fundamental in the solve path :(

very easy for experts, and non-experts can do it with effort, so level 2.
a good solid puzzle with zero defects, so deserves 90% +.
AND has some additional nice features.
hint: basic arrow and cage techniques are insufficient. look for arrow GROUPS and VIRTUAL pairs and EXCLUDED digits. and lots of basic sudoku

Beautiful grid and a very nice puzzle, so it seems to be underrated a lot, which I don't understand at all. For me it was a rather quick solve, so I rated it 2 stars. Thank you!

--I appreciate your positive comments. I found this puzzle to be a much smoother solve than the last two I set, even though there are no three cell arrows.
