Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
Digits along Arrow lines sum to the number in the circled cells. Multi-cell numbers are read from left to right, top to bottom.
Two Arrow lines are coloured to distinguish the overlapping arrows. All others are grey Arrow lines and it is up to the solver to determine the arrow lines. No overlapped cell is counted more than twice on a single arrow line.
Digits in cells joined by an X sum to 10. Digits in cells joined by a V sum to 5.
Digits in cells joined by a white dot are consecutive.
Not all Xs, Vs or dots are necessarily given.
Parts of the grid are covered in fog. Placing correct digits may clear some fog somewhere in the grid.
Arrow lines once revealed from the lifting fog are fully revealed, although some parts of the line may be not visible because of overlapping circles or lines.
Note the last 2 revealed arrows are palate cleansers for you to enjoy, if you wish. They are not necessary to complete the solve of Foggy Overlapping Arrows. Aggressive solving of digits in the Fog, will result in you scoffing them before they arrive.

Loved the constraint to refrain from sudoku and to fill it out like a math puzzle! (needed just a hand full of numbers in the fog)

Neat puzzle, but I don't see how the penultimate arrow can be solved without aggressively solving first most of the grid

That was pretty neat. Had a lot of deductions in uncleared fog, which always feels a little unsettling.
