Enter the Dragon! (Entropic Between Lines)

Xenonetix did such a good job at imitating my style with a Between Line Entropic puzzle - and also made me realize that I had not used that particular combination of constraints before. Having solved Xenonetix imposter puzzle, I consciously tried to avoid using the same logic. Happy solving!
Normal sudoku rules apply
Between Lines: Cells along lines between two filled circles must have values between those in the circles. Digits may repeat on lines if allowed by other rules.
Entropic Lines: Any set of three sequential cells along orange lines must contain a low (1-3), medium (4-6), and high (7-9) digit. Digits may repeat on a line if allowed by other rules.

Amazing construction, full of unexpected moves, but I found it on the harder end of the spectrum, so no walk in the park. Break-in, which happens to be to be an hour into the solve, is just beautiful, as is the rest of the solve. Thank you, tallcat!
