One Step At A Time
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1 to 9 in every row, column, and 3×3 box without repetition.
- Kropki Dots: A white dot between two cells indicates that the digits are consecutive. A black dot between two cells indicates that one digit is double the other. Not all possible dots are necessarily given.
- XV Sudoku: An X between two cells indicates that the digits sum to 10. A V between two cells indicates that the digits sum to 5. Not all Xs and Vs are necessarily given.
- Killer Sudoku Cages: The digits within a cage (outlined region) must sum to the number indicated in its corner. Digits cannot repeat within a cage.
- Thermometers: Digits along a thermometer must increase strictly from the bulb to the tip.
- Dynamic Fog: Portions of the grid are initially covered by fog. As digits are correctly placed, the fog dynamically clears, revealing more of the puzzle.

Really difficult last step! I'd say that bumps this up to a 2.5/3 star puzzle.
