Digits along Arrow lines sum to the number in the circled cells. Multi-cell numbers are read from left to right or top to bottom. Arrow lines are coloured to distinguish different arrows.
Cells joined by an X sum to 10. Cells joined by a V sum to 5.
Not all Xs or Vs are given.

Coloured Arrows, changed rules and image accordingly.

It would be better if the grey Arrow line passing through the circle could be clearly labeled, though it doesn't cause me any trouble.
