RULES:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Killer Cages: Within a cage, digits don't repeat and they must sum to the small number written in the top left of that cage (if given).
Knight's Move: Cells separated by a knight's move (in chess) must not contain the same digit.
Kropki dots: Digits separated by a black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio. Digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive.
