Digits must not repeat on either of the marked blue diagonals.
Digits within a cage (indicated by the dashed lines) must not repeat, and must sum to the small clue in its top-left corner.
Orange lines separate digits with a difference of at least 4.

What a puzzle! It looks ridiculously unsolvable with those few cages and very short Dutch whisper lines until you start asking some interesting questions. Thank you for setting and sharing this beautiful sudoku.
