Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits may not repeat on either main diagonal.
- Digits may not repeat in caged cells.
- Along thermometers, digits increase from bulb to tip.
- Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.
- Digits in small circles must appear in the surrounding cells.
- Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits.
