Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Look and say cages: Reading the clue of a cage out loud describes the nature of the cage. e.g 1522 says there is "one five and two two(s)" in the cage.
- Kropki dots: Cells joined by a black dot must have a ratio of 1:2. ALL Possible black dots are given.

Very nice puzzle but I had to bifurcate the black kropkis in the outer Phistomephel Ring - and I picked the wrong choice first time. D’Oh!
