Thanks for a great puzzle, Marty! A nice break-in to start and then II found it more challenging before a very satisfying ending and fun throughout.

Fast 3* for me with 22:33, but still felt like 3*. I think beeing used to your style helps a lot in quickly spotting the next step.
Some steps were really tricky, but as usual, so well designed, brillant !
What about Finkz though? :-P

Marty: thankyou for the kind words. Phase 3 is under development and Finkz will be back soon :)

Maybe I got lucky spotting something fast mid-puzzle but this seemed closer to 1* than 3* to me. Around 15 minutes to solve. Overall a nice little snack. Thanks!

Marty: reactions have varied to this a lot, difficulty wise. After the approachable break-in, a lot of people are really struggling with the rest, with some saying 4 star. Initially the puzzle was published without the pink triangles - the puzzle is still solvable but is even harder

Can‘t remember, when I could fill in that many digit in the first minutes. But then it got tricky. Great puzzle, I love the symmetry. Thanks Marty.

As others said, the easy beginning misleads you believing it will be a quick run but around halftime you just stare at the grid searching for that one cell that will save you.
Very nice Marty, as always!

Heeeeey Marty Sears never fails to impress with the way his approachable-yet-challenging puzzles engage and entertain. I had fun. Was a good puzzle to do as my first one back after a hiatus! Hope to do more soon.

Very original puzzle, with a surprisingly easy start.
But unfortunately, with a very frustrating endgame where I just stared at digits for half an hour until I finally figured out something.

Brilliant idea with a beautiful and easy start. Then I had to think much harder to find the right path. Thank you very much for creating and sharing this amazing puzzle.

Amazing! Is this the first ever completely symmetric sudoku?

Marty: definitely not. There's plenty that are in completely blank grids. And I have one called Either Way Up which has a given 6 and 9

Nylimb: Thanks. I'll have to try Either Way Up.

Solved it without the triangles. Hard mid solve with a bit of look ahead. 4* to me. Bit me through. Great fun tjx.
