This is my belated birthday gift for the most esteemed sujoyku who has been not only a supporter of my work, but a true friend. Cheers!

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Killer cages - digits inside a killer cage are distinct and add up to the sum in the upper left corner of the cage.
- German Whispers - neighboring digits on a green German Whisper line must differ by at least 5.
- Dutch Whispers - neighboring digits on an orange Dutch Whisper line must differ by at least 4.
- Region Sum Lines - the digits on a blue Region Sum Line sum to the same amount on either side of a box border.
- XV sums - digits separated by V sum to 5; digits separated by X sum to 10. No negative constraint.
- Kropki - digits separated by a white Kropki dot are consecutive; digits separated by a black Kropki dot are in a 2:1 ratio. No negative constraint.

Finally, a legitimate one-star puzzle. I have been struggling lately…and it is definitely the puzzles that are too hard, and has nothing whatsoever to do with my skill level. :-) Thanks for a fun solve!
