Normal SUDOKU rules apply.

Values along an ARROW sum to the value in its attached circle.

Values within a KILLER cage sum to the number in the top-left corner.

Box borders divide blue REGION SUM lines into segments with the same sum value.

Place COPYCAT cells into the grid so that there is exactly one Copycat cell in each row, column and box; each Copycat cell must contain a different digit and the value of a Copycat cell is the digit in the cell rotationally opposite itself in the grid - 180° rotation about the center of the grid (e.g. if R2C3 is a Copycat cell containing the digit 5 and R8C7 contains the digit 9, the value of R2C3 is the digit in R8C7, which is 9).

I owe a great deal to Justin Vitanza for assisting in the proof of concept and to gdc for testing. This puzzle was made in honour of Scojo, who once offered a bounty on any puzzle set with Copycat cells, in that he promised to solve every single one. How could I turn down such a prize?
