Even when having to figure out the rules for yourself, this is a nicely approachable puzzle. And both rules are easily found through a Google search (whereas LLMs are less than helpful). Thanks for sharing.

I agree you should include an explicit explanation of the rules. I'm glad this puzzle exists though.

seems like a nice idea but what exaclty what numbered room clues are and what skyscraper rules are is not listed. and for some reason I cant find info online about these rules

Nice puzzle! The combination is quite powerful and therefore it felt easier than 3/5 for difficulty.
