Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Prophecy:
There are 9 prophecy cells containing a set of the digits 1-9 and occurring once in each row, column, and box. A prophecy cell's digit is the position of the next box's prophecy cell (e.g., if Box 1's prophecy cell contains a 5, then Box 2's prophecy cell is in position 5). Box 9 wraps around to prophesying Box 1.
Prophetic Portents:
A cell containing an arrow and a digit N points to a prophecy cell exactly N cells in that direction.
Three of Swords (here symbolizing heartbreak):
Digits in orthogonally adjacent cells may not be in a 1:2 ratio with each other.
Digits in cells containing arrows (prophetic portents) may not be in a 1:2 ratio with each other.
