The 5 and the 6 are the key to this puzzle so they must not be find on the X (formed by german whispers)
German whispers: adjacent digits on a green line must differ by at least 5.
Renban: purple lines must contain a set of consecutive digits in any order.
Dutch whispers: adjacent digits on an orange line must differ by at least 4.
Region sum lines: 3 x 3 box borders divide blue lines into segments. The values on each segment have the same sum, though this sum can be different for different lines.
Entropic lines: each set of three sequential cells along a peach line must contain a low digit (1, 2 or3), a middle digit (4, 5 or 6), and a high digit (7, 8 or 9).
Parity lines: Along a red line, adjacent digits must alternate between odd and even.
The 5s outside of the grid are Skyscrapers clues.
The 30 outside of the grid is an X-sum clue.
Skyscrapers: skyscrapers are visible when looking from that direction. Digits in the grid represent the heights of the skyscrapers. Taller skyscrapers block the view of any smaller skyscrapers behind them. Clues outside of the grid give the number of skyscrapers visible from that point in that row or column.
X-sums: numbers outside of the grid give the sum of the first X digits along that row or column, where X is the first digit seen from the direction of the clue.
All possible skyscrapers and X-sums with 5, 6 or their product are given.

Considering it's only used once, the X-sum clue makes the rules quite a bit longer. Several clue types felt like they didn't get enough time in the spotlight and just make the rules unnecessarily long.

the "all possible ... are given" is not used (hard to use in any case)

I agree. Enjoyable, but the solution code is a PITA to submit.
