Normal sudoku rules apply.
Even: grey squares must contain an even digit.
Odd: grey circles must contain an odd digit.
Maximum: cells with a square that has arrows pointing outwards have a digit greater than the 4 adjacent cells.
Minimum: cells with a square that has arrows pointing inwards have a digit smaller than the 4 adjacent cells.
Kropki: digits separated by a white dot are consecutive; digits separated by a black dot are in an 1:2 ratio (i.e. one digit is double the other).
German whispers: adjacent digits on a green line must differ by at least 5.
Quadruplets: every digit in a circle must be assigned to one of the four surrounding cells.
Killer cages: digits in a killer cage must sum to the number in the top left corner.
Arrow: the digits along the arrow must sum to the number in the circled cells.

Very nice and clever puzzle. But hard. Probably a 3 star puzzle as stated though, because I have never solved a 4 star one!
