RULES:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- German Whisper: Adjacent digits along the green line must differ in value by at least 5.
- Dutch Whisper: Adjacent digits along the orange line must differ in value by at least 4.
- Parity Line: Digits along the red line must alternate parity (odd/even).
- Region Sum Line: Box borders divide the blue line into segments, where each segment has the same sum.
- Ten Sum Line: Digits along a grey line must be broken into non-overlapping groups of consecutive cells, each of which sum to ten.
- Palindromes: ALL Lines in the grid are also valid Palindromes, where the order of digits along a line reads the same forwards and backwards.

Nice puzzle, maybe wished it was less palindromedependant, would've wanted to use the parity more :)

Very nice flow.
Probably a 3.5 * for me as it took a while to complete. No overly difficult steps other than forgetting that blue line is also palindrome :)
