Sum Quads Pt. 2

This puzzle has the same rules as the first part - it's similar to a killer sudoku, but with overlapping "cages" and repeating digits allowed. I think that this part is slightly easier.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits surrounding a circle must add up to the given total (they can repeat if other rules allow).
