International Whispers (Dynamic FOW)

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Dynamic Fog: The grid is partially covered by fog. Entering correct digits will clear fog in that cell and possibly other cells. Guessing is not required.
National Whisper: Each line in the grid is a 'National Whisper' line. The difference between adjacent digits on a National Whisper line must be at least the value placed in the circle at one end of the line (e.g. R1C3). Lines do not branch, but may cross themselves or each other. Each line is a different colour, and no two lines have the same circled value. Circled cells do not need to conform to the Whispers constraint with their adjacent line cell.
Anti-Knight: Cells within a knight's move of each other cannot contain the same digit.
Black Kropki: Cells separated by a black dot contain digits in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.

Very nice! Tricky break-in and I got stuck about the middle until I started hunting down the knight's move constraint. Thanks!
