Rules:

Place the digits 0-9 into every row and column without repeats.

Any 3x3 square of cells cannot contain repeated digits.

Digits along arrow sum to the circled digit.

Grey circles must contain odd digits.

This is a further iteration on my last puzzle. Doing that one may be helpful for seeing the implications of the 3x3 rule.

I enjoyed the floating aspect. Thanks !
Then I join previous comment : the 0 made the start more interesting, but filling 100 digits made the end kinda repetitive ^^

A nice one, I'd say three star difficulty - at least for me, might also be my unfamiliarity of 0 coming in to play ...

Very nice interaction in the beginning, but a little bland in the end since filling up the full grid is a bit monotonous once enough numbers are there.
