Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
A cell contains a clue if all its (up to 4) orthogonal neighbors are the same odd-even parity as the digit in the cell. Negative constraint applies here.
Additionally, this clue is the sum of the digits in the 3x3 area centered on the cell with the clue. Digits can repeat in this area.

Nice two-part puzzle. The parity part flowed smoothly, but I also found the Sudoku part quite challenging. Thanks for sharing.

Great puzzle! I was very slow at one step in the solve, which lead to a long solve time. Therefore I rated it hard. Thank you
