Numbers outside the grid show the totals of the digits along the indicated diagonal.
If digits are separated by white dots, they are consecutive.
Every three-cell-segment connected by teal lines contains one digit from each of the groups {147}, {258}, and {369}.
(If only 2 cells are connected, the digits must be from different groups.)
The dots and dashes are Morse Code spelling:
