Incredible. Very interesting deductions to start. Then I thought I had cracked it open but was still stuck for quite a bit until I found the right place to look. Then it suddenly just solved smooth like silk. Thanks!

Whow, that was quite a journey! Very hard, very rewarding! A lot of very intricate logic. The break-in felt like it only came at the very end (but I might have missed an elegant solve path).

@Juggler: I think this is a spiritual successor of your previous puzzle Kurtosis, so maybe it makes sense to add a "see also" entry.
