Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply:
Place the digits 1 to 9 once in each row, column, and 3x3-box.
Killer:
In cages, digits must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage and digits do not repeat.
Additionally when two cages touch orthogonally, the sum of the smaller cage is greater than the sum of the larger cage.
