3 Story Complex
(Published on 24. September 2025, 17:10 by Wiggel)
This is the first puzzle in my '3 Series'.
I wanted to explore, if skyscrapers of size 3 are enough to shape a puzzle around.
The resulting puzzle is fairly approachable and the logic just worked out.
I hope you enjoy solving it as much as I did making it.

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Skyscrapers: clues outside the grid indicate how many numbers can be "seen" when looking into the grid along the row or column. A number is visible only when it is larger than all numbers that appear before it along the line of sight.
Ratio dots: All cells separated by black dots must contain digits in a 1:3 ratio.
Solution code: Row 2 followed by Row 3 (left to right)
