Normal Sudoku rules apply. CIRCLES AND PILLS- Pills are read from left to right. The sum of the pills or circles in a row is equal to the right-most pill or circle in that row, per the equations given. Circles and pill values always increase from left to right in a row. Except for the pills highlighted red, circles and pills are also greater than the pills directly above them. KROPKI PAIRS- Numbers with a white dot between them are consecutive. Numbers with a black dot between them are in a ratio of 2:1. Not all possible dots are shown.

Really love this beautiful puzzle. At the end, I found I didn't use the left-to-right rule, and I could still fill in most blanks except the last few circles.

i somehow missed the part about circle values increasing from left to right until i needed it to resolve row 1,4,8 column 2,3. it was pretty fun!

Fun puzzle - as always.
I solved the puzzle without the rule about the red cells, wich I do not understand.
