Play in Sudokupad
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Modular lines: Every three cells on a teal line must include a digit from each Mod 3 set (147, 258, 369).
Teal lines are also arrows. Digits on an arrow sum to the number in the attached circle. Digits may repeat on an arrow.
Note: Circle cells are on teal lines and must follow the Mod 3 rule. Obviously, circle cells are not part of an arrow since they are the sum of the other digits.
Solution code: Row 8

If a circle has two arrows coming out of it, is each arrow a separate line? In other words, can the mod-3 pattern change at the circle or does it have to continue from one arrow to the other?
--then circle itself must be the correct mod 3 number, and the line extends through the circle to the next arrow, so r8c1 and r8c2 are from the same mod 3 set

Really enjoyed this one. Nice to learn how the modularity affected the arrow line options.

It took me a little while to get into the interactions of the rules, but then I loved the flow of this very much. Thanks for setting!
