For accessibility, lines have been marked with an abbreviation to distinguish them as an alternative to the line's colour.
Cells connected by a pink Renban [RN] line form a set of consecutive digits, in any order, without repeats.
Adjacent digits along a green German Whisper [GW] line must differ by at least 5.
Adjacent digits along an orange Dutch Whisper [DW] line must differ by at least 4.
Box borders divide a blue Region Sum [RS] line into segments with the same sum.
Cells joined by a X sum to 10. Cells joined by a V sum to 5.
Digits joined by a white dot are consecutive.
Not all XVs or dots are given.

The description of the blue line confused me a little, in case someone else is misunderstanding this line:
All 3 digits on a single blue line must be the same. But the sum of the blue 4 lines may be different.
